Class Coordinator Preparation Notes

Task	Description
Virtual Setup	Each student connects with audio and video Students can log in a second time with a phone for video if their laptop video is disabled Please have each student test his/her hardware and software before the event. Most web systems have a test link, such as https://www.webex.com/test-meeting.html — you can search for “<your web system name> test link”
CMMI V2.0 Class	1 computer per student to access the model viewer Video is a CMMI Institute requirement for classes and appraisals
Optional Management Briefing	If you would like, invite the senior manager(s) of the students in the class for the first hour to communicate: The business / program / product goals over the next 6-12 months that are relevant to the students The problems his / her organization is experiencing that will be addressed by CMMI. Student expectations. We also find it useful to collect questions raised during the class and discuss them with the senior managers at the end.
